Rover 100 Ascot **Just 12,000 Miles From New**

This 1997 Rover 100 Ascot finished in Nightfire Red can be described as nothing short of exceptional in every way, having covered just 12,000 miles & been family owned from new until 2022.

Supplied by Caffyns Rover of Worthing to a local lady who used the car sparingly for the first few years of it's life before giving it to her Grandson who retained it to Summer 2022 before making the decision to sell.

Then supplied by us in August 2022 to a gentleman from Norfolk, the car was enjoyed at weekends in his short term ownership until Spring 2024 in which time he covered approximately 2300 before offering the car back to us making this great example available for sale again.

Despite the minimal use, the car has been exceptionally well maintained on a regular basis by a reputable local garage, being presented for it's M.O.T test almost every year therefore I must emphasise that the car has not been laid up, it has however equally importantly always been garaged for it's entire life, somewhat contributing to how well preserved the car is.

To further add to how fastidious the owner was, seat covers were installed on handover in 1997 & remained on until 2022 therefore it goes without saying that the interior is almost as new.

All aspects of originality still remain present such as the supplying dealer rear window sticker, number plates, tax disc holder & key rings.

Supplied complete with original bill of sale from 1997 for £6501, all original owners manuals in their correct grey Rover wallet, all off which are in perfect condition, stamped service portfolio, previous M.O.T certificates, lots of service receipts (Most recent from Oct 2021 at 9670 miles) & a new exhaust was fitted in 2023, both original sets of keys & remote controls & of course the full V5C.

As can be seen from the pictures the car has had an extremely light life, in particular in recent years with the only mileage covered being that of to be driven to & from the garage for annual maintenance and then at weekends since 2022.

Must be seen to be fully appreciated, the pictures really don't do it justice & therefore it shouldn't be confused / compared to the average example - You really would be very hard pushed to find another example as original, honest & such low mileage as this one.
